Two ways to receive your order

Choose J&T delivery or store pickup from the options available at checkout. Product payment must be verified before an order is dispatched or released for pickup.

J&T delivery: what you pay

Pay for your products and the displayed payment-processing fee online before dispatch. Pay the J&T shipping charge directly to the courier on delivery. This delivery arrangement is not cash on delivery for the products: do not pay the product amount a second time to the courier.

The courier shipping charge is separate from the store payment. It depends on the package, destination and courier assessment. Any estimate is subject to the confirmed courier charge. Contact us before paying for heavy, oversized or unusual items so we can confirm courier acceptance and arrangements.

Packing and dispatch

After payment is verified, we check and pack your items. If an item is missing, damaged or unsuitable during inspection, we hold the affected order and contact you about the next steps. We do not release a known faulty item or make an unapproved substitution simply because payment has been received.

Courier collection and delivery depend on service coverage, operating schedules, weather and other conditions. We do not promise a fixed dispatch or arrival date unless the team has specifically confirmed it for your order.

Address and tracking

Check the recipient name, mobile number and full delivery address before paying. Tell us promptly if a correction is needed. Changes may no longer be possible after courier handover and additional courier charges may apply; we will explain available options.

Once courier details are recorded, use the order updates or tracking information provided. A shipping label or tracking number alone does not confirm that J&T has collected the parcel. Let us know about a delayed or unsuccessful delivery so we can help coordinate with the courier.

Store pickup

Pickup is available only when an active location is offered at checkout. Choose the location and review its address, hours and instructions before paying. Wait for a ready-for-pickup update before travelling. Bring your order number and the information needed to verify collection; contact us first if someone else will collect for you.

Store pickup has no courier shipping charge. Collection is subject to the selected location's confirmed hours and any arrangements communicated by the team.

Check the parcel or collection

Check the packaging and items as soon as practicable. Keep the waybill, packaging, proof of purchase and any helpful photos if something is damaged, short or incorrect. Contact customer care promptly. A missing unboxing video alone does not prevent us from reviewing a genuine concern or any applicable consumer right.
